- Verify version again via configuration page.
- Clear SRAM/reset NVRAM if indicated in release notes (otherwise keep).
- Re-import settings (address book, templates) from backup.
- Run functional tests:
- Print from network (TCP/IP, USB direct)
- Scan to email / folder (SMB)
- Copy (simplex/duplex)
- Fax send/receive (if module present)
- Check for new service parameters (e.g., improved sleep timers).
