3. Installation
- Mount unit on DIN rail or panel using supplied clips; keep 10 mm clearance each side.
- Connect ground first.
- Connect power: respect polarity; use fuse rated to 2× max current.
- Attach communication cables (shielded twisted pair for UART/I2C/SPI).
- Tie down cables to avoid strain.
4. Initial configuration
- Power on; observe LED status:
- Green steady: ready
- Blinking green: boot/config mode
- Red: fault
- If present, connect via serial console (115200, 8N1) to access CLI.
- Default credentials: admin / admin (change immediately).
- Set device ID, network parameters, and protocol mode via CLI or web UI.
6. Maintenance
- Firmware: check quarterly; apply signed firmware only.
- Clean vents and connectors every 6 months.
- Replace fuse immediately after confirmed fault; use specified replacement part.
- Keep firmware/config backups off-device.
