3. Installation

  1. Mount unit on DIN rail or panel using supplied clips; keep 10 mm clearance each side.
  2. Connect ground first.
  3. Connect power: respect polarity; use fuse rated to 2× max current.
  4. Attach communication cables (shielded twisted pair for UART/I2C/SPI).
  5. Tie down cables to avoid strain.

4. Initial configuration

  1. Power on; observe LED status:
    • Green steady: ready
    • Blinking green: boot/config mode
    • Red: fault
  2. If present, connect via serial console (115200, 8N1) to access CLI.
  3. Default credentials: admin / admin (change immediately).
  4. Set device ID, network parameters, and protocol mode via CLI or web UI.

6. Maintenance

  • Firmware: check quarterly; apply signed firmware only.
  • Clean vents and connectors every 6 months.
  • Replace fuse immediately after confirmed fault; use specified replacement part.
  • Keep firmware/config backups off-device.
