Long-Term Career Management (Ages 26-35)
- Ages 26-28 (Peak): You are unstoppable. Fight 4 times a year for the title. Your stamina is high, your wrestling is elite. Stack title defenses.
- Ages 29-32 (Decline Management): Your athleticism will start to drop. Transition your style from “explosive takedowns” to Clinch-based trips. Use the cage to grind out decisions. Stop attempting flying submissions.
- Ages 33+ (The Legend Phase): Your chin and speed are gone. Shift to a Pure Top-Control style. Only fight strikers who have lost twice in a row. Aim for early takedowns and hold position for 15 minutes. Retire before you lose three in a row.
Defense & Recovery
- Head movement and guard posture upgrades.
