Leap Chola Sales Login Password Forgot

If you have forgotten your password for the Chola LEAP or Chola Sales portal, you can regain access by using the self-service reset tools provided by Cholamandalam.  How to Reset Your Chola LEAP/Sales Password 

Visit the Self-Service Portal: Navigate to the Chola Self-Service Portal.

Enter Account Details: Input your Username or User ID as requested.

OTP Verification: An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address [0.26].

When creating your new password, ensure it meets the following security criteria:  Length: 8 to 50 characters.

Case Sensitivity: At least one uppercase (A-Z) and one lowercase (a-z) letter. Numeric: At least one number (0-9).

Special Character: At least one symbol (e.g., #, ?, !, @, $, %, ^, &, *, -).  Troubleshooting & Support

Admin Assistance: For enterprise-level users, your internal administrator can manually reset your password via the Application Settings > Staff Members menu in the LEAP system.

Step 6: Confirm and Log In

Re-enter the new password in the "Confirm Password" field. Click Submit or Reset Password. You should see a green confirmation banner: "Password changed successfully." Minimum 8 to 12 characters

Return to the main login page. Enter your User ID and your new password. You should now have full access to the Leap Chola Sales dashboard.

Step 5: Create a New Password

After successful OTP or link verification, you will be prompted to enter a New Password.

Password Requirements (Typical for Leap Chola):

• Minimum 8 to 12 characters.
• At least one uppercase letter (A-Z).
• At least one lowercase letter (a-z).
• At least one numeric digit (0-9).
• At least one special character (!@#$%^&*).

Do not reuse your old password. The system usually maintains a history to prevent recycling of the last 3-5 passwords.

3. Account locked or reset link expired

• If too many attempts locked your account or the reset link expired, wait the specified cooldown (if shown) then retry.
• Use the “Resend” option if available.
