Installation Process
- Run the installer as Administrator – Right-click the
.exefile and select Run as administrator. - Follow the on-screen prompts – Accept the license agreement. The default installation path is fine.
- Wait for the driver to install – You may see a command prompt window briefly; this is normal.
- Restart your PC – This is critical. Do not skip the restart.
- Connect your Komplete Audio 1 – Plug it into a direct USB port (avoid unpowered hubs). Use the included USB cable.
- Verify installation – Open Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers. You should see Komplete Audio 1 listed with no yellow exclamation mark.
