Kelionė į Visatos pakraštį 2021: Ar įmanoma pasiekti tai, ko nepasiekė nė vienas žmogus?
8. Scientific Accuracy
- Based on Lambda-CDM model of cosmology.
- Uses real data from Planck satellite, Hubble, and other telescopes.

The Return: No Place Like Home
Every journey implies a return. But you cannot return from the edge of the universe, not physically. The expansion of space (accelerating due to dark energy) means that most galaxies are already receding faster than light. The edge is not a destination; it is a farewell. In 2021, we learned to say goodbye to normalcy, to old routines, to the illusion of control. Similarly, a journey to the cosmos’s limit is a farewell to the idea that we are the center of anything.
Yet, paradoxically, the return happens every night. When you look up, you have already made the journey. Your retina is struck by photons that have traveled for eons. You are the edge’s destination. The cosmos ends, in a very real sense, inside your own perception. In 2021, as we sat in our rooms, masked and hesitant, we could close our eyes and traverse 93 billion light-years in a heartbeat. We discovered that the universe’s edge is not a place of terror or emptiness, but of profound, quiet awe. kelione i visatos pakrasti 2021
Kelionė į Visatos pakraštį 2021: A Journey Through Time, Light, and Isolation
In 2021, the very phrase “a journey to the edge of the universe” felt like an act of defiance. The world was still learning to breathe again, caught between lockdowns and the lingering scent of antiseptic. Borders had closed, horizons had shrunk to the size of a living room, and the future was a fog of uncertainty. Yet, the human imagination – starved for physical movement – turned upward. To travel to the edge of the cosmos in 2021 was not a physical expedition but a metaphysical one. It was a reminder that even when grounded, we are citizens of a much larger, stranger, and more beautiful reality. Based on Lambda-CDM model of cosmology
