To implement an Insect Prison in a garden or farm: Organic: No chemicals required
- Materials Required:
- Corrugated cardboard (approx. 4-6 inches wide).
- Wire or twine.
- A stake or tree trunk.
- Construction:
- Wrap the corrugated cardboard tightly around the trunk of the tree or a stake driven into the ground near the crops.
- Secure it with wire so it does not fall off.
- The tight layers of cardboard create a dark, humid tunnel.
- Mechanism: Pests (such as earwigs, ants, codling moth larvae, and pill bugs) naturally crawl into the corrugated holes seeking shelter.
- Maintenance (The "Trap"):
- Once a week, remove the cardboard from the tree.
- Inspect it; it will be filled with insects.
- Dispose of the infested cardboard (burn or seal in a bag) and replace it with fresh cardboard.

- Open the lid.
- Say, "You’ve done your time. Go pollinate something."
- Watch them scurry away to tell their friends about the giant who gave them free apples and a stick to climb.
Step 8: The Final Climb
- The waterfall wall is slick. You cannot climb it barehanded.
- Craft: Combine the Silk Strand (20) with the Dental Floss to make a Climbing Rope. Use the Mandible Claws as pitons.
- Action: Hammer the claws into the soft rock (it’s actually floral foam). Ascend 30 feet. If you slip, you fall back to Act IV.
