Once the file is downloaded, follow these steps to ensure you install the 64-bit version:

Mount the Image: Right-click the downloaded .img file and select Mount.

Access the Installer: Open the newly created virtual drive in File Explorer.

Run 64-bit Setup: Open the Office folder and double-click Setup64.exe.
