Step 5: Installing the Software

• No installation required – The program runs directly.
• Extract the ZIP to C:\EZP2019\ (avoid long paths or desktop).
• Right-click EZP2019.exe → Properties → Compatibility → Check Run as Administrator.
• Launch the program.

Step 6: First-Time Verification

Before reading a critical chip:

1. Test the hardware: Insert a known good 25 series SPI flash.
2. Click Read – you should see FF or valid data.
