5. Known Issues with the “Fixed” Episodes 1–100

  • Missing Episodes: ~38 episodes were never dubbed or lost. This creates narrative gaps (e.g., Haibara Ai’s early setup in episodes 129–131 is outside this range, but even within 1–100, character introductions are missing).
  • Renumbering: ABS-CBN labeled Episode 1 as “Conan, The Beginning” but Episode 11 (Moonlight Sonata) was shown as “Episode 18” in their count.
  • Censorship: Blood was recolored green/black; smoking scenes cut; some murder weapons blurred.
  • Lost Masters: Many Tagalog dubs survive only via VHS recordings from fans. No official complete box set of 1–100 in Tagalog exists.
