How to Recover Your Lost X14 Product Key

If you purchased X14 but lost the key:

Log into accounts.chiefarchitect.com
Click “Digital Locker” – all your purchases are listed there.
Find Premier X14 and click “Show Product Key”.
If you cannot log in, use the “Lost Password” function. Do not create a new account – use the email you originally bought with.
If all else fails, call Chief Architect support (208-292-3400). Have your credit card or order number ready.

3. SSA Expiration

If you own Premier X14 via the SSA program, your key will stop working if your annual support has lapsed — especially for reinstallation or new PC activation.

Solution: Renew SSA or use the standalone offline installer (if available for your version).

Step 4: Enter the Product Key Exactly

Example format: C14P-ABCDE-12345-FGHIJ-67890

Use uppercase.
Include hyphens.
Do not add spaces.
