Part 2: Do You Really Need Firmware Unlocking? (Diagnosis)

Before diving into the flash, confirm that your router is actually locked.

Step 1 – Insert a foreign SIM card.

5. Alternative: DC-Unlocker Step-by-Step (SIM Unlock)

1. Download DC-Unlocker from dc-unlocker.com.
2. Install and run as administrator.
3. Connect B311-221 via USB (enable “USB tethering” on router if needed).
